A través d’una fermentació espontània, elaborem vins identitaris i precisos, els clarifiquem de forma natural i els treballem amb els primers freds de l’hivern abans no comencin la criança en botes de roure.
Wine-making
Pasanau wines represent the Priorat identity, but also the rich mosaic of soils, orientations and unique features of each estate. Through spontaneous fermentation, we make distinctive and precisely defined wines, clarify them naturally and work on them with the first cold of winter before they begin their ageing in oak barrels.
